Morton Buildings, Inc. has close to 2,000 employees in 110+ locations across the country. The majority are crewmen on job sites building all day, while others are in manufacturing plants or out in the sales field, with only a small percentage behind desks at the corporate office. As a result, Morton Buildings, Inc. faces challenges on how to best reach and communicate with employees all of which have varying access to company provided technology.


By using first time participation in a national event, and a fun take on a popular game, Morton Buildings, Inc. was able to rally employees to use collaboration tools and get them engaged in a topic important to the company’s culture, and even learn a little in the process, all while having fun.
